• The control of our Wafer Wrapping Machine is programmed with a PLC 7 inch screen.
• Heat and working time are provided via touch screen.
• It has 5 sets of molds with a single unit. Male and Female Patterns
• Cooking time: 90 seconds. It may vary depending on the product type.
• Our cone molds are constantly kept at the same setting by temperature control through electrical resistances.
• Thanks to the automatic control system, the cooked cones are automatically poured onto the sorting band.
• With the smart knife system, excess dough (burrs) are automatically cleaned.
• Occupational safety is ensured at the highest level with the beam protection safety barrier.
• Special designs are available upon request.
